Suburban Pool and Spa LLC is a swimming pool service and maintenance company operating out of Germantown, WI. We specialize in servicing and maintaining residential inground pools. We also service above ground pools, hot tubs and spas. We serve the greater Milwaukee area from the lake and North Suburbs to Lake Country, and also the suburbs of South and South West of Milwaukee.

POOL OPENINGS AND WINTERIZING
Pool Openings require a bit of hard work. If you're tired of dedicating half of a day to get the pool open while getting soaked, and full of dirt and debris from winter, give us a call. Pool Closings require attention to detail. An improperly closed pool can end up costing thousands of dollars to repair if even one line freezes. It is the one service that we advise every one of our customers consider be done by a pool service professional. It takes only one improper winterize to do damage. With over 20 years of experience in the pool and spa industry, we guarantee our work. There has not been one freeze damage issue relating to even one pool that we've closed. Working in the industry since the late 1990s, that means we've closed thousands of pools, hundreds of pools annually, and have never experienced freeze damage relative to our work.
EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
Not all pool equipment is made equal. Some equipment is more efficient, while others tend to last longer. The decision you make can end up saving you hundreds of dollars annually. We have decades of manufacturer knowledge and in-field experience and can help guide you to the best decision. Whether you are trying to save money or you want the highest quality equipment to be installed on your pool, we know the best options available. As a certified service provider and installer of Hayward, Pentair, Raypak, and Zodiac pool equipment, we can present you with an array of options that meet your needs. With industry experience dating back to 2000 we plan on being around for decades to come and that's why we choose to install only the best equipment. We work with manufacturers that have been around the longest, have the best reputations, and stand behind their products if in the very rare event there is an issue. When installing new equipment we present options and share relevant knowledge in an effort to help each pool owner make the best and most appropriate decision, as each pool owner has different ideas as to what is important. We install Pool Pumps, Heaters, Filters, and various sanitary systems. Hayward, Pentair, Raypak, and Zodiac are our preferred brands.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Our clients and business relations are our number one priority. Throughout the summer months we provide personable and responsive weekly and bi-weekly cleaning service contracts at a reasonable price. Our service contracts range from simply maintaining water chemistry and adding chemicals, to a more full service contract that includes vacuuming, netting, and brushing the pool surface, as needed. We will backwash the filter, clean filter cartridges (as necessary), verify that the heater operates properly, and will address any additional issues each time that we stop at each residence. Many of our clients are increasingly busy in their personal and professional lives and don't want the pool to be a source of more work. Let us take the work out of your pool with a service contract, so that your pool can be the fun place of enjoyment and place of relaxation that you envisioned when you first built your pool or when you bought your house with a pool. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATIONS
As a Certified Servicer and Installer of Hayward, Pentair, Raypak, and Zodiac pool equipment, we can can handle the installation of new equipment and servicing of existing equipment, including heaters, filters, pumps, and sanitary systems. We pride ourselves on courteous and open communication, cost effective and timely service, and quality workmanship. SAFETY COVER INSTALLATIONS
Whether your pool is brand new or it's 30 or more years old, one great way to add peace of mind through the winter months, reduce liability, and increase safety around your pool is to install a mesh safety cover. If your existing safety cover is old and needs to be replaced, we can have a replica made so that we can use the same anchors that are already set in the concrete. Whether you have a standard-rectangular pool, or a free-form pool, we can install a cover that will look great and perform as intended. We submit a drawing of every pool that we are having a safety cover made for, and when necessary can complete an A-B triangulated drawing for custom cover designs. SERVICE CONTRACTS
Your pool and and spa should be a place for fun and enjoyment, leisure and relaxation. Improve your quality of living by entrusting the service and maintenance needs of your residential swimming pool or spa to us. The photo gallery showcases some of our work. Pool cleaning contracts start at as low as $50 per stop. We also offer package saving plans for those clients who have both pools and spas.
